Delivery Instructions ?

  • Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout. You can choose your preferred delivery partner based on live rates.
     

  • The "Local Delivery" option is only available to customers within a 25 km radius of Halifax. If you're eligible based on your address, you will see this option , please select this option for same day delivery if you place your order before 2:30pm AST.
     

  • Enjoy free shipping on all orders over CAD 85.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

  • Yes, we offer bulk discounts for larger orders! If you are purchasing items in bulk for your Hospital, Schools, Team,  please contact our customer service team at support@neonnurse.com to discuss your needs and get a personalized discount. We’ll be happy to help with your order and offer you a special rate.

Do you offer a student discount?

  • We love supporting students! If you're a student, you can enjoy a special discount at NeonNurse.com. To apply for the student discount, please contact us at support@neonnurse.com with proof of your student status, and we’ll provide you with a unique discount code to use at checkout. It's our way of saying thanks for choosing us!

Can I track my order?

  • Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to follow your order every step of the way.

Do you offer returns and exchanges?

  • While we do not offer general returns or exchanges, we understand that sometimes things don’t fit as expected. If your item doesn’t fit properly, you can exchange it for a different size within 5 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition for an exchange.We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.

  • Please note that we do not  exchange on custom-made products, Final sale items, Limited Stocks or products marked as non-returnable in their descriptions. Embroidered items are also considered final sale and cannot be exchanged. The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for exchanges.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

  • We aim to process orders quickly. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@neonnurse.com (Subject : Order Query within 24hours), and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. After this time, orders are processed, and cancellations may not be possible.
